CANCELLATION POLICY
⦁ 61 + Days before arrival = 90% refund
⦁ 31-60 days before arrival = 50% refund
⦁ 0-30 days before arrival = 0% refund
***Any reservation canceled or modified within the penalty window will forfeit listed percent of payment.***
***No refunds will be made if canceled during stay. ***
***We strongly advise protecting your travel investments by purchasing travel insurance such Trip-Cancellation or Interruption Insurance. It's expensive to cancel or interrupt any prepaid travel, and for a small fraction of the trip cost, you can alleviate the risk of losing money if something unforeseen gets in the way.***
EQUIPMENT FAILURE
Any non-essential equipment failure will not be grounds for discounts or refunds, but we will make every reasonable effort to compensate for the lack of this equipment.
Terms & Conditions
Rates
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per night of stay. Hotel tax and service charge are not included in room rates. Service charge and GST is charged on all package and add on items. All rates are subject to the current Terms & Conditions.
Check-In\Out
Check in time: 3:00 PM
Checkout time: 11:00AM
* arrangements may be possible for early/late check in/out (pending occupancy rates)
Deposits
A 100% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Transfers
Room rates include transfers to/from Placencia Municipal Airport.
Transfers from Phillip S. Goldson International Airport to the Placencia Municipal Airport are not included in our room rates.
